The Oscars became the trending topic for the wrong reason last night. 'MoonLight' won the Best Picture Award beating out 'La La Land' but it was AWKWAAARD! Actor Warren Beatty replicated exactly what Steve Harvey did last year in 2016 when announcing the winner of the Miss Universe pageant. Warren Beatty announced the film "La La Land" won the Best Picture Award and the cast and crew all came on stage to celebrate and say their speeches.
It wasn't until one of the producers of 'La La Land" stopped the celebration and awarded the cast of 'Moonlight" because the award card clearly said 'Moonlight" was the winner. I'm willing to bet any money Steve Harvey himself has the biggest sigh of relief when watching this LOL. I'm sure he even said something along the lines of "at least i'm not the only one" LOL.
