It's about giving kids the opportunity ya dig!

TRU Foundation is legit! I wrote about 2 Chainz and his Tru Foundatikn last month how they made 2 million dollars off the Dabbin Santa Ugly sweaters during Christmas Time. He said he will use the proceeds to help change people's lives. At the beginning of the year he gave a struggling family a new car and house. In the middle of January he gave a family of 8 a brand new house too. This time around he's sponsoring Joshua Williams a 15 year old Tuba player! That's right tuba....you know those cool instruments that people use to make music. And if you carried it around you more than likely were made fun of for playing it. Well, now all the hate has paid off.

2chainz is sponsoring Joshua to perform at the Carneige Hall Honors Performance series. Joshua was picked top 8 out of 18,000 applicants! For those of you that don't know: "The High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall challenges elite students to perform at their very best. Students rehearse and perform under master conductors and have the opportunity to perform before invited representatives from collegiate and professional music programs. Though much of the students time is focused on performance preparation, the week also allows students to experience the best of the sights and the performance arts in New York City." (Honors performance.org)

My man 2 Chainz is staying True to TRU FOUNDATION'S mission which is to give back regularly not just during the holidays. Watch Joshua Williams here: TRU Foundation Joshua Williams
